The undead have certainly made their presence felt on the iOS platform in Australia during the first quarter of 2024. Sensor Tower has compiled the performance data for the top zombie games, and here's how they fared.

Last War:Survival from FirstFun showed a robust increase in revenue, starting at around $27K in the first week of January and soaring to approximately $184K by the end of March. Downloads peaked in mid-January with over 21K but saw a dip towards February, stabilizing around 14K by March's end. Weekly active users followed a similar upward trajectory, from approximately 15K to 28K.

Electronic Arts' Plants vs. Zombies™ 3 had a modest start in terms of revenue, beginning at $215 and climbing to $1.3K. Downloads hit a high of over 22K in late January before descending to around 7K towards the quarter's end. Active users showed more stability, maintaining a 20K+ user base throughout the quarter.

The original Plants vs. Zombies™ saw consistent revenue throughout the quarter, hovering around the $200-$300 mark. This game experienced a notable spike in downloads in late February, reaching over 3.8K, while active users showed a slight decline from 11K to 10K.

Plants vs. Zombies™ 2 by PopCap displayed an increase in revenue from $3.2K to $5.3K by March's end. Downloads saw a gradual decrease from approximately 3K to 2.4K, with active users reflecting a slight dip but remaining around the 14K-15K range.

Lastly, Age of Origins:Tower Defense from Hong Kong Ke Mo software Co., Limited showed strong revenue numbers starting at nearly $60K and reaching over $62K. Downloads, however, experienced a decline, particularly from January to February, but active users increased towards the end of the quarter, with a noticeable rise to over 15K in late February.
